New Fitness Article

My latest article for Mountain Strength Fitness' blog is up on their site. I've been working out with them now for three and a half months, or thereabouts. We're currently halfway through this session.

If you're interested in joining us some morning to see what it's all about, you should let me know and I can arrange it with the coach. It really is a great way to wake up, and you really will notice results - not just weight loss, but real athletic performance gains. And really, I'd love working out with any of my friends. :)
